Wilhelm Albrecht (lawyer)

Wilhelm Albrecht (born April 2, 1880 in Mainz , † after 1939 ) was a German lawyer .

Life

He was the son of the Chief Postal Secretary Otto Albrecht from Mainz. After attending high school and studying law at the University of Berlin , he graduated as Dr. jur. and embarked on an administrative career. After taking part in the First World War as a soldier at the front and returning to the administration in Berlin, he was promoted to the Upper Government Council . Most recently he was administrative director of the Prussian State Council .

He gained fame as a legal writer on the subjects of constitutional and administrative law. In 1939 he was appointed senior councilor . D. designated.
