Wilhelm Beurlen

Wilhelm Gottlieb Beurlen (born March 19, 1843 in Kirchheim unter Teck , † November 10, 1924 there ) was a German politician.

Wilhelm Beurlen attended secondary school in Kirchheim unter Teck . Then he did a soap boiler apprenticeship with his veteran . He worked as a soap boiler assistant in various German cities. After his father's death in 1886, he took over the family business in the third generation. He also ran an agricultural business.

politics

Beurlen was a member of the Kirchheim municipal council. He was elected to the Württemberg state parliament in the Kirchheim constituency in 1895 ; his opponent was Stadtschultheiß Kröner. He defended this mandate in two further elections against different competitors. In 1912 Wilhelm Beurlen did not stand for election. He was a member of the People's Party .

family

Wilhelm Beurlen was the son of the soap boiler Johann Gottlieb Ehrenreich Beurlen (1813–1886) in Kirchheim and Christiane Friederike geb. Speiser (1813-1852), he had four siblings. From 1872 he was married to Emilie Ehninger (1855-1908) and they had four children.
