Wilhelm Claßen

Wilhelm Claßen (born July 10, 1914 ; † 1992 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

Claßen had been a senior judge at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court from March 1, 1949, and from May 1, 1955 as a ministerial advisor in the North Rhine-Westphalia Ministry of Justice . Since July 3, 1961 he was appointed as a federal judge at the Federal Court of Justice , where he was initially a member of the 1st Civil Senate, since its division of the Ia Civil Senate, which had been called the X. Civil Senate since 1968 , and which he was until his resignation to 30 September 1980 belonged to. He passed away in 1992.
