Wilhelm Henrichsmeyer

Wilhelm Henrichsmeyer (born July 24, 1935 in Bielefeld ; † July 5, 2009 ) was a German economist and agricultural economist. He was a full professor for economics and agricultural policy at the University of Bonn .

From 1957 to 1961 he studied agriculture and economics at the University of Bonn. In 1961 he was a Research Fellow at Harvard University . The doctorate took place in Bonn in 1965 , the habilitation in 1970 at the University of Hohenheim with Venia legendi in economics and agricultural economics. In 1970 he became a professor at the University of Göttingen and in 1971 at the University of Bonn . Henrichsmeyer was a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the BMELF from 1971 to 2000 and Vice-Rector of the University of Bonn from 1988 to 1992.
