Wilhelm IV of Angelach-Angelach († August 18, 1458 ) was an imperial knight from the family of the Lords of Angelach . He was in the service of the Electoral Palatinate .

Wilhelm IV. Was the son of Anne von Talheim and the youngest brother of Dieter VI. from Angelach-Angelach . He was married to Ennel von Helmstatt . From this marriage come the sons: Burkhard I. , Dieter IX. and Wilhelm VII .

Life

In 1448 Wilhelm bought a share of the Streichenberg Castle from Bernhard von Mentzingen and thus owned the entire castle . His brother Dieter inherited the Streichenberg and there were disputes over inheritance with the widow.

On a diplomatic mission with Emperor Friedrich III. Wilhelm IV died on August 18, 1458 in Vienna .
