Dieter VI. von Angelach-Angelach († March 2, 1464 ) was an imperial knight from the family of the Lords of Angelach . He was bailiff of the Speyer Monastery and Württemberg Vogt in Marbach am Neckar .

family

Dieter VI. was the son of Gerhard II of Angelach-Angelach or Wilhelm III. von Angelach-Angelach and Anne von Talheim. His brothers were Hans II and Wilhelm IV († 1458). Three of his children are narrated: Balthasar, Eucharius and Veit.

Life

Dieter VI. was verifiably bailiff of the bishopric Speyer in the Landfautei am Bruhrain from 1453 to 1456 and received the Rotenberg castle as a fief from the bishopric in 1450 . In 1458 Dieter inherits the Electoral Palatinate fiefdom of Streichenberg from his brother Wilhelm . From 1463 Dieter VI was. Württemberg Vogt in the Marbach office . A short time later, on March 2, 1464, he died and was buried in the choir of the Alexander Church in Marbach am Neckar. His tombstone and death shield are still there.
