Wilhelm Krampe
Wilhelm Krampe (born May 5, 1925 in Herbern , † February 12, 1986 in Hamm ), called Brügger , was a German politician ( CDU ).
Life and work
After attending school, Krampe did Reich labor service , was drafted into the Wehrmacht and participated in World War II as a soldier . He then worked as a workers' secretary. In 1964 he became diocesan secretary for the Catholic Workers' Movement (KAB).
Political party
Krampe joined the CDU in 1947, was deputy state chairman of the social committee in Westphalia and was elected chairman of the working group of Christian workers' organizations in Westphalia-Lippe in 1956.
MP
Krampe was a council member of the city of Hamm from 1952 to 1956 and from 1961 to 1974. On 12 July 1958 he moved to the North Rhine-Westphalian parliament after. Since both the end of the electoral term and his entry fell on the same date, he left parliament on the same day.
Krampe was a member of the German Bundestag from October 11, 1966, when he replaced the retired MP Friedrich Vogel until 1980. He was always drawn into parliament via the state list of the CDU North Rhine-Westphalia .
