Wilhelm Lutteroth

Ludwig Wilhelm Lutteroth (born October 30, 1753 in Mühlhausen / Thuringia ; † July 13, 1821 there ) was a German businessman and politician. From 1808 to 1813 he was a member of the Empire of the Kingdom of Westphalia .

Life

Lutteroth was born as the son of Ascan Wilhelm Lutteroth , partner in the company Christian Lutteroth Sons in Mühlhausen and a royal Danish-Norwegian agent, and his wife Maria Sophia, née Hagenbruch. The Lutteroths were an old Mühlhausen council family. In the tradition of the family, he himself learned the trade and was appointed Royal Prussian Councilor of Commerce in 1803 .

From 1808 to 1813 Lutteroth was a member of the departmental electoral college of the Harz department . For the group of merchants and manufacturers he also represented the Harz Department in the imperial estates of the Kingdom of Westphalia during the same period. He was also an alderman of the Mayor of Mühlhausen.

From 1811 Lutteroth was co-owner of the monastery cell.
