Wilhelm Maximilian Kisch (born May 18, 1827 in Vienna ; † August 17, 1893 there ) was an Austrian writer and Viennese local historian.
The qualified lawyer Kisch initially served in the Imperial and Royal Army within the framework of military jurisdiction and became captain-auditor, 1st class in 1863.
