Wilhelm Schepers

Wilhelm Schepers (born May 22, 1927 in Epe (Westphalia) ; † July 1977 in Leuchtenburg-Holthorst near Bremen ) was a politician from Bremen ( CDU ) and member of the Bremen citizenship .

biography

Schepers worked as an administrative clerk in Bremen. After Schepers was reported missing on July 11, 1977 and then searched for about four weeks by the police, his body was discovered on August 8 in a fir tree shelter in Leuchtenburg-Holthorst near Bremen. The cause of death was not made public. Schepers left behind his wife and two children.

politics

Schepers was a member of the CDU in Bremen. He was a member of the state executive committee and from 1968 to 1975, when Ernst Müller-Hermann was state chairman, he was managing director of the CDU Bremen .

From 1963 until his death in 1977 he was a member of the Bremen citizenship for 14 years and was active in various deputations and committees of the citizenship.
