Wilhelm Tuch (born December 26, 1866 in Leipzig , † May 20, 1921 in Bad Mergentheim ) was a German entrepreneur and politician ( DVP ).

Life and work

Wilhelm Tuch was born on December 26th, 1866 as the son of a self-employed master plumber in Leipzig. After attending the community school and secondary school, he completed an apprenticeship as a plumber and at the same time attended the municipal trade school in Leipzig. He then worked professionally at home and abroad. Three years later he joined his father's company, Wilh, as a master plumber and plumber for health systems. Cloth one. He became a partner in the company and had been its sole owner since 1913. Wilhelm Tuch died on May 20, 1921 in Bad Mergentheim, where he had taken his wife for a cure.

Tuch was elected to the German Reichstag in the Reichstag election in June 1920 , to which he belonged until his death. In parliament he represented the constituency of Leipzig. Johannes Wunderlich was the successor in the Reichstag .
