Wilhelm von Hazart (French Guillaume de Hazart , Latin: Guillelmus de Assardo ; † after 1219) was Lord of Hazart ( Azaz ) and constable of Antioch .

He was the successor and probably the son of Peter I of Hazart . His daughter Clarence von Hazart married Jacob von Batrun , the son of the Bohemond of Antioch , Lord of Batrun. After his death, Peter II of Hazart , presumably his son, inherited him .
