Wilks Memorial Award

The Samuel S. Wilks Memorial Award is presented by the American Statistical Association as an honor for particularly good work in the field of statistics . The prize has been awarded annually since 1964 and is dedicated to the memory of the American mathematician Samuel S. Wilks . The award consists of a medal and $ 1,500 in prize money .
