William A. Mueller
William A. Mueller (born January 17, 1901 in Nebraska , † May 11, 1992 in Orange , California ) was an American sound engineer .
Life
Mueller was born in Nebraska in 1901. At the Academy Awards in 1936 , he received a Class III award for technical services in the field of sound. He was recognized for his work in the films severity Colts in tender hand (1954) and Mister Roberts (1956) at the Oscars in the category Sound Best nominated. William A. Mueller died in Orange, California, aged 91.
