William B. Guggenheim

William B. Guggenheim (born November 6, 1868 in Philadelphia ; died June 27, 1941 in New York ) was an American industrialist and philanthropist . His main philanthropic interests were Jewish welfare. In 1930 he was elected a member of the American Philosophical Society .

William B. Guggenheim was Meyer Guggenheim's eight-born son (Robert G. Guggenheim, Simon's twin brother , died as a child).
