William H. Twenhofel Medal
The William H. Twenhofel Medal has been awarded annually since 1973 by the Society for Sedimentary Geology (SEPM) in the field of sedimentology . It is named after William H. Twenhofel and the SEPM's highest award.
The winners are not tied to a nationality or membership in the SEPM.
