William Finn Miller (born June 8, 1996 in the London Borough of Hackney , England ) is a British actor and football player. He was best known for the 2007 Oliver Twist film adaptation.

Life

William Miller is the son of Sam Miller and Janine Wood. He had his first appearance in the film The Last Days of Krakatau as Pieter Beijerinck in 2006. The director of this film was his father Sam Miller. His mother Janine Wood, an actress, also starred as Catharina Schuit in this film. William Miller became famous with the film Oliver Twist , a BBC production from 2007. In the casting, he had to prevail against 700 applicants. In a video, William Miller said that Oliver Twist was the greatest role a child actor can win. In 2009 he played the character Sean in Runaway and in 2010 he took on the role of young Kevin in The Kid . The last few days of Krakatau , Oliver Twist , Runaway and The Kid were BBC productions.

In addition to acting, William Miller works as a football player. He currently plays for Tottenham Hotspur as a forward.
