Wilfredo José Chirino (born April 5, 1947 in Consolación del Sur , Pinar del Río , Cuba ) is a salsa singer and songwriter. He has released nineteen albums by 2006. His album Son del Alma won a Grammy in 2006 for best salsa / merengue album. He is also on the album Wild Card of the Rippingtons heard.
