Willy Frank (economist)

Willy Frank (* 1949 in Püchersreuth ) is a German economist and university professor .

Life

After graduating from high school, Willy Frank studied economics and statistics on a second educational path (graduating in 1985 with a degree in economics from the University of Mainz). Subsequently, Frank worked as a research assistant at the University of Mainz (1987 doctorate as Dr. rer. Pol.). 1987–1993 Frank was a consultant and managing director of the Regensburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry , and from 1993–2012 Professor of Economics in Coburg (retired in 2012).

Since 1994 Frank has also been a part-time lecturer in economics at the VWA Nuremberg.
