Willy Jahnke

Willy Jahnke (born July 16, 1881 in Spandau , † after 1924) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Jahnke attended elementary school in Spandau from 1887 to 1895 and then completed an apprenticeship as a locksmith and mechanic. Then he worked as a metal worker (mechanic). He joined the Social Democrats, for whom he worked from 1919 as party secretary in Spandau (since 1920 Berlin-Spandau). The Spandau party district included the Osthavelland and Ruppin districts .

Jahnke was a city councilor in Spandau in the early 1920s. From 1919 to 1921 he was a member of the Prussian State Constitutional Assembly . In February 1921 he was elected as a member of the Prussian state parliament, to which he was a member until 1924. In parliament he represented constituency 4 (Potsdam I).
