Willy Kalombo

Willy Kalombo Mwenze (born June 7, 1970 ) is a former Congolese long-distance runner.

In 1992 Kalombo first took part in the Olympic Games over the marathon distance for Zaire . In Barcelona , he finished 50th in 2:23:47 hours. Four years later he was 16th at the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 2:17:01 hours. In 1999, he achieved his personal best in Paris with 2:08:40 hours. In 2000 he started the last time at the Olympic Games - this time for the Democratic Republic of the Congo - but did not finish.
