Willy Suhrbier

Willy Suhrbier (born February 23, 1921 - † December 15, 2000 ) was a German badminton player .

Career

After two Schleswig-Holstein mixed titles, Willy Suhrbier won bronze at the German team championships in 1959 with the VfB Lübeck team. In the following year, the team rose to the silver rank, whereby they lost in the final against the 1. DBC Bonn. In the next two years, too, it was only enough for the Lübeck team to finish second.
