Willy Zinkahn

Willy Zinkahn (* 1908 ; † 1992 ) was a German ministerial official and expert on building planning law .

biography

From 1927 to 1934, Zinkahn studied law and completed his legal preparatory service (1933 doctorate at the University of Bonn ). After various uses in justice and administration, etc. a. War service and imprisonment followed in the Reich Labor Ministry (1942–1950). From 1950 he worked in the Federal Ministry for Housing , since 1969 as a department head with the official title of Ministerial Director . Zinkahn, who was also professionally involved in legislation and administrative enforcement with building planning law, wrote several works on this, including a standard commentary on the building code . Zinkahn was also an honorary professor at the University of Bonn.
