The windmill Anderbeck is a Grade II listed windmill in the municipality Huy in Saxony-Anhalt belonging district Anderbeck .

The windmill is located at the south-eastern exit of Anderbeck on the road towards Wilhelmshall in a location that shapes the landscape.
Architecture and history
The post mill was built in 1864. Originally two of the four wings of the mill were equipped with Hecht blinds , the others with sails. After the mill fell into disrepair, it was gradually renovated from 1995, and all wings are now equipped for sails.
The technical equipment of the mill such as the grinding, grist, roller mill and hexagonal classifier has been completely preserved. In addition, there is a peeling machine and a trieur as cleaning systems , as well as an elevator, elevators and an electric motor from 1925.
In 1998, a new bakery was built near the mill . The mill and bakery are operated by the Windmöhle un Backhus Anderbeck eV association.
In the local register of monuments , the mill is listed as a monument under registration number 094 00202 .
