The house Windmühlenstraße 3 is a listed villa in the city of Leuna in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located east of Leuna city center on the east side of Windmühlenstraße . The Saale flows a little further east .

Architecture and history

The villa was built around 1920 for a senior employee of the Leunawerke . The plastered facade is structured by pilasters in a colossal arrangement. The central entrance to the house is accentuated by a garland supraport.

In the local register of monuments , the villa is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 20685 .
