Winter Vinecki (born December 18, 1998 ) is an American freestyle skier . She specializes in the aerials (jumping) discipline.

Career

Vinecki started in Park City for the first time in the Nor-Am-Cup in December 2012 and finished 13th and 10th. At the Junior World Championships 2014 in Chiesa in Valmalenco she was fifth and at the Junior World Championships 2015 seventh. In the 2015/16 season she won the overall standings and the Aerials discipline standings of the Nor-Am Cup with three wins and a second place. She made her debut in the World Cup in January 2017 in Lake Placid , which she finished in 17th place. In April 2017 she won the silver medal at the Junior World Championships. In the 2018/19 season she achieved three top ten placements and seventh place in the Aerials World Cup. In January 2019 she became the American champion. At the season highlight, the 2019 World Championships in Park City, she jumped to 18th place. In the following season she achieved three top ten placements, tenth place in the Aerials World Cup.
