Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Court

The Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration ( Vilniaus komercinio arbitražo teismas , Vcat ;. English Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration , VCCA ) is in Vilnius ( Lithuania -based) institution of international arbitration . Any party, regardless of location or legal system, can appeal to the VCCA. Although the focus is on arbitration and the provision of a formal arbitration court, the VCCA is also active in mediation .

The court came into being when two arbitral tribunals (lit. Arbitražo teismas prie Asociacijos Tarptautiniai prekybos rūmai Lietuva and Vilniaus tarptautinis komercinis arbitražas ) were united after the reorganization in October 2003 (legal cases were taken over).
