Witali Wiktorowitsch Norizyn ( Russian Виталий Викторович Норицын , scientific transliteration Vitalij Viktorovič Noricyn ; born November 5, 1983 ) is a Russian biathlete .

Vitali Norizyn first took part in a major biathlon event as part of the 2009 European Biathlon Championships in Ufa . In the continental title fights in the Russian homeland he was used in singles, where he was 19th and was used in the relay race. As a starting runner, he won the bronze medal together with Anton Schipulin , Alexander Schreider and Wiktor Wassiljew behind the relay teams from Norway and Germany.
