The Wittespitzen are a series of nunataks in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . They rise up 24 km west of the stone peaks with a southwest-northeast orientation in the northeast part of the Ahlmannryggen .
They were discovered by participants in the German Antarctic Expedition (1938–1939) under the direction of Alfred Ritscher , who named them after Dietrich Witte, the engine mechanic on the research trip.
