Vladimir Alexandrovich Dołganów ( Russian Владимир Александрович Долганов * 15. March 1947 in Znamenskoye , Omsk Oblast ) is a former Soviet cross-country skier .
Dolganov won the silver medal over 15 km at the Winter Universiade 1970 in Rovaniemi . In his only Olympic participation in February 1972 in Sapporo , he ran in 16th place over 30 km. In the same year he took second place in the 50 km run at the Lahti Ski Games .
