Vladimir Pawlowitsch Milyutin ( Russian Владимир Павлович Милютин ; November 5, 1884 , † October 30, 1937 in Moscow ) was a Bolshevik leader and head of the Russian People's Commissariat for Agriculture in 1917.

Miliutin In 1903 the RSDLP in and the Bolshevik faction joined. He was considered an expert on the peasant question. He was arrested during the Stalin purges and died in prison.
