description

The Dresden painter Erwin Langer had a wooden house built over a massive cellar in 1926/1927 by the Dresden architect Willy Meltzer . The walls consist of standing wooden pillars that are connected by horizontal planks. The top floor lies under a half-barrel-shaped Zollinger roof, the gable wall of the studio under the roof was completely glazed. Today there are simple rectangular windows.

A veranda was added in 1928, and a children's room in 1933.

The building is now a listed building .
