The residential and commercial building Borsbergstrasse 19 b in Dresden is a listed building, which was built in 1900 as a four-storey residential and commercial building with an attic within a closed development. The facade has been clad with sandstone . Ornaments in historicist late Gothic and Art Nouveau adorn the crown above and the mirror fields below the windows. The facade has a front length of nine window axes, with a risalit placed in the middle of the facade. This central risalit is equipped with loggia-like balconies and has a front length of a window axis. A pointed gable forms the upper end of the risalit . The paintings in the hall were done in the style of the beginning Art Nouveau. The ceiling mirror shows ornamentally slightly alienated plants and flowers, the walls are painted with delicately tinted landscapes, without a frame on a light background. The landscapes show, among other things, a riparian zone with cypress trees in front of a high mountain, probably an allusion to the Gulf of Naples with Vesuvius. The original murals have been preserved.
