The two-storey residential and commercial building , which is now a listed building, was originally free-standing, which is still there today on the right, while on the left it is connected to the commercial building Wichernstrasse 1b .

The building has a fully developed mansard attic , which gives the impression of a third floor with a roof. In this dormers provide further exposure. In the asymmetrical street view there is a large, bent gable on the left. The plastered building is structured sparingly, the windows are framed by sandstone elements.

history

In 1882, a two-storey, detached villa with a square floor plan was built on this site , which was expanded in 1899 with side extensions. In 1910, the building was changed to today's residential and commercial building through a further renovation.
