The residential complex "Tower" ( Ukrainian Житловий комплекс "Башти" ) are two skyscrapers in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro . With their official height of 123 meters to the top of the roof and 126 meters in absolute terms (antenna top), the twin towers were the tallest skyscrapers in Ukraine at the time of their completion and are still the highest in Ukraine outside the capital Kiev .
The buildings that won the Ukrainian competition for the best building in 2003 as well as other architecture prizes are part of the architectural ensemble "Krutohornyj" ( Крутогорний ) in the Sobor district and determine the image of the Dnipro skyline . They have been on the list of places of interest since they were built.
The construction of the "West Tower" was completed in December 2003 and that of the "East Tower" in 2005. In the buildings with four high-speed elevators there are apartments from 78 to 260 m² and from the 3rd to the 20th floor 21st to 24th floor apartments from 285 to 698 m². The top floors are reserved for technology, the bottom two floors are the entrance area with fitness rooms, beauty salon and a sports complex, which among other things has a 25-meter swimming pool. In the basement there is an underground car park for 76 cars per tower .
