Wolfgang Bauer (Author)

Wolfgang Bauer (* 1940 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German author .

Life

Bauer studied psychology and folklore. Since completing his studies, he has worked as a psychotherapist, institutional advisor and market researcher. In 1972 he co-founded the Psydata research institute and worked on the youth studies of the Deutsche Shell youth organization from 1981-2000. He has written and edited several books on folk botany, vampirism, obsession, lycanthropy, symbology, and the occult. Bauer lives in Frankfurt.
