Wolfgang Domröse

Wolfgang Domröse (* 1948 in Neugattersleben ) is a German painter and graphic artist.

Life

Wolfgang Domröse studied art education and history at the Humboldt University in Berlin from 1970 to 1974 , with Wolfgang Frankenstein , among others . Since 1980 he has been working as a freelance artist in Berlin-Adlershof . Even during the GDR era, Domröse was “a well-known artist, who, however, constantly changed and expanded his techniques and themes, and did not allow himself to be determined. Since 1980 ... he turned more and more to painting. ”For several years Domröse designed the covers of the cultural magazine Kursbuch .
