Wolfgang Harms (lawyer)
Wolfgang Harms (born April 5, 1929 in Peine ) is a German lawyer and university professor at the Free University of Berlin .
Life
After receiving his doctorate ( the concept of gratuitousness in gift law ) in 1957 in Göttingen as a Dr. iur. and his habilitation in Mainz in 1967, he taught at the Free University of Berlin from 1975 to 1991 in the subjects of civil law and commercial law with a focus on antitrust law.
