Wolfgang Kienast (soccer player)
Wolfgang Kienast (born August 14, 1956 in Vienna ) is a former Austrian football player .
He played with Rapid from 1975 to 1977 or in the 1978/79 season and won the Austrian Cup with Rapid in 1975/76 . This was also his greatest success in his career.
His other positions were Admira Wacker (1977/78), Wiener Sport-Club (1979–1983), Austria Salzburg (1983–1985), SC Eisenstadt (1985–1987), Vienna (1987/88), Krems (1988/89 ), VSE St. Pölten . In 2001 he returned to his home club at short notice as a trainer for the Rapid Amateurs.
Wolfgang Kienast is the brother of Reinhard Kienast and the father of Roman Kienast .
