Wolfgang "Leiki" Leikermoser (* 17th September 1965 in Viehhausen at Salzburg ) is from Austria originating radio host . He gained his fame in Germany mostly as a presenter at the Bavarian radio station Antenne Bayern .

Life and work

From 1972 to 1977 he was the choir boy in Salzburg Cathedral and at the age of 14 Austria's youngest “disco dance master”. From 1986 he worked as an editor and presenter at Radio Gong in Munich and Nuremberg, since 1988 he has been a presenter at the private radio broadcaster Antenne Bayern in Ismaning , where he has been regularly guiding through the program since the beginning, in the 1990s, alternating weekly with Stephan Lehmann Morning program “Good Morning Bavaria”. Since 2008 he has been the only main presenter of the show on the private broadcaster. He often organizes activities such as B. “To ride a pedal boat through Bavaria” or to spend a week in Bavaria's coldest place.

In 2014, Wolfgang Leikermoser was jointly awarded the media prize in Brussels by the Bavarian Taxpayers Association and the European Taxpayers Association. In the laudation, Erwin Huber stated that Leikermoser would be “honored as a lawyer for the citizens”.

He also received the German Radio Prize 2017 in the “Best Moderator” category.
