Wolfgang Oehler

Wolfgang Oehler (born August 18, 1943 ) is a German lawyer.

Life

After graduating as Dr. iur. in Tübingen 1975 and habilitation ( private legal protection in the law of restraints of competition ) at the University of Tübingen in 1984 with Wernhard Möschel , he became professor in Bielefeld . There he held the chair for civil law, commercial and economic law and comparative law .
