Wolfgang Raub

Wolfgang Raub (born August 1, 1954 in Kuppenheim ) is a German chef .

Career

Raub comes from a family of restaurateurs; today's restaurant has been family-owned since 1854. After training and the armed forces, Raub went to Brenner's Parkhotel at Albert Kellner's in Baden-Baden in 1975 and took his master chef examination in 1978 at the same location.

In 1979 he took over the family business in Kuppenheim and called it Raub's Landgasthof . The restaurant has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide for many years .
