Wolfgang Rieck (politician)

Wolfgang Rieck (born December 6, 1954 in Lutherstadt Wittenberg ) is a German politician ( CDU ). From 1990 to 1998 he was a member of the Saxony-Anhalt state parliament .

Education and life

Wolfgang Rieck graduated from high school in 1973 and studied veterinary medicine from 1975 to 1980. From 1980 he was a practical veterinarian, since August 1990 in his own branch. Wolfgang Rieck, who is of Protestant denomination, is married and has two children.

politics

Wolfgang Rieck joined the DBD in 1986 . In 1990 he became a member of the CDU. He was directly elected to the state parliament in the first state election in Saxony-Anhalt in 1990 in the state electoral district of Graefenhainichen - Roßlau (WK 20). In the state parliament he was chairman of the committee for food, agriculture and forestry. He is chairman of the board of the Lebenshilfe ev Reha-Zentrum Rotall.
