Wolfgang Ulm (born July 22, 1963 in Vienna ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and lawyer. He has been a member of the Vienna State Parliament and a member of the Vienna City Council since 1997 and has been Deputy State Party Chairman since 2005.

Wolfgang Ulm studied after high school law and a doctorate in 1988 , Dr. juris . In 1992 he passed the bar exam and has been working as an independent lawyer since 1995.

Ulm became involved in the Young People's Party (JVP) from 1982 and was initially district chairman of the JVP in Simmering . Between 1991 and 1997 he was the chairman of the JVP in Vienna. After Ulm was the first deputy party chairman between 1996 and 2002, he was re-elected to this function in 2005. Ulm has represented the ÖVP in the Vienna State Parliament and City Council since 1997 and has been the security spokesman for the ÖVP Vienna since 2001. In the 18th legislative period he is a member of the incompatibility committee and a member of the immunity college. Ulm, who is also involved in district politics, has been the district party chairman of the ÖVP Alsergrund since 2002 .

Ulm is married, has two children and lives with his wife in Vienna- Hietzing .
