Wolfram Gehring

Wolfram Gehring (born January 22, 1928 in Cologne ) is a German organist .

Gehring studied church music and piano at the universities in Cologne and Detmold. For many years he was organist at the Carthusian Church in Cologne. He has given concerts in most of the countries of Europe and the USSR. Gehring became famous for his recording of the Way of the Cross by Marcel Dupré . His concerts on digital organs now form a special focus.
