Wolfram Waibel senior

Wolfram Waibel (born July 1, 1947 in Hohenems , Vorarlberg ) is a former Austrian sports shooter .

He took part in a total of nine shooting sports competitions at five different Summer Olympics , and never got beyond 13th place. However, he achieved 75 national championship titles and several medals at world and European championships.

His son Wolfram Waibel junior took part in four Summer Olympics and won a silver and a bronze medal. Father and son took part in the KK prone competition in Barcelona in 1992 . The son finished 11th, Waibel senior took 31st place.
