Womanifesto

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Womanifesto is an event initiated by women artists every two years that focuses on the work of women artists from all over the world. Since the first event in 1995, it has developed into a festival with international recognition. Through various activities such as art exhibitions, workshops and seminars, Womanifesto develops networks between the participating artists and promotes relationships between urban and rural communities. Womanifesto already included a large number of Thai and international artists in 1999, which solidified the basis of the festival.
