Working My Way Back to You is a song by the American pop group The Four Seasons from 1966, written by the songwriter duo Sandy Linzer and Denny Randell. It appeared on the album of the same name.

The original from the Four Seasons

The original from the Four Seasons, recorded in 1966, was the only song by the band that was recorded with bassist / bass singer Charlie Calello. Nick Massi later took on Calello's role. The rock song was released on January 28, 1966.

The song is about a man who betrayed and emotionally abused his wife. After she leaves, he realizes that he loves her, which is why he shows remorse for what he did.

Cover versions of the Spinners
