After five weeks, more than ten million US dollars had been raised. The aircraft has three ducted propellers , two of which are tilt rotors at the wing base and the third is rigidly and horizontally installed in the rear of the aircraft.

The project was supported, among others, by Jeff Pino , the former president of Sikorsky Aircraft , who had a fatal accident in a plane crash with a North American P-51 in 2016 . After the death of Jeff Pino, Charlie Johnson, former president of Cessna , took over the management on an interim basis.

The proof of concept should take place in 2020 and production should start between 2024 and 2026. The aim is to sell up to 100 aircraft per year. For the prototype are Honeywell HTS900 - shaft turbines provided as drive.
