Xaçmaz

Xaçmaz (also Khachmaz ) is a city in Azerbaijan . It is the capital of the Xaçmaz Rayon . The city had around 40,600 inhabitants in 2014. The city is located about 20 km southwest of Xudat and 10 km from the Caspian Sea .

Culture

The town has a carpet museum and a museum dedicated to the history of the area, as well as a city park.
